Luminate Wellness & Recovery is a concierge nursing service delivering high-quality, personalized care to clients recovering from surgery, undergoing detox, or in need of supportive private care. Based in Beverly Hills, we serve patients throughout the greater Los Angeles area and collaborate with respected plastic surgeons, concierge physicians, and wellness professionals.
Our nurses provide bedside care in private residences and area hotels, offering professionalism, discretion, and compassionate support tailored to each client’s unique care needs.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and dependable LVNs to join our growing team. This role is ideal for nurses with a background in post-operative recovery, detox support, or general private-duty nursing who are confident working independently and committed to delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one nursing care in home or hotel settings
- Support patients recovering from cosmetic and elective procedures
- Care for clients undergoing detox or managing various health needs
- Monitor vitals, assist with mobility, manage medications, and document care
- Communicate with Luminate leadership, patients’ care teams, and families
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and consistency of care
Qualifications:
- Active LVN license in California
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (post-op, home health, or detox preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a compassionate bedside manner
- Discretion and respect for client privacy
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for a variety of shifts
