Responsibilities
- Perform specialized acne treatments using advanced esthetic techniques, including dermabrasion (Diamond Glow), to improve skin clarity and health
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine the most effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Educate patients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and maintenance strategies for long-term results as well as make recommendations for additional treatments that can benefit their acne
- Recommend retail skincare products that align with patient's skin goals
- Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout all treatments to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Foster strong patient relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring they feel valued and understood during every visit
Requirements
- Proven experience in acne treatments and advanced esthetic techniques with dermabrasion
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in skincare environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their skin health
- Experience in retail sales of skincare products and providing product demos to enhance patient satisfaction
- Excellent customer service skills with a lively, positive attitude that energizes the team and clientele
