Position Summary
The Revenue Manager is responsible for driving top-line revenue performance across the Parks Division through strategic pricing, demand generation, and channel optimization. This role ensures that each property maximizes revenue and profitability by aligning rate strategy, promotional efforts, and distribution channels with market demand, competitive positioning, and company objectives .
This position partners closely with Operations, Marketing, Central Reservations, Technology and Group Sales to deliver a cohesive, data-driven approach to revenue generation across lodging and ancillary offerings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze historical trends, booking pace, seasonality, and demand drivers to forecast performance and adjust rates accordingly
Maintain and continuously refine rate structures, including BAR, packaged rates, group pricing, and promotional rates
Partner with Marketing to align promotions with broader demand generation efforts (web, CRM, paid media, partnerships)
Develop targeted offers for key segments (leisure, group, drive market, international) aligned with market conditions in coordination with marketing
Ensure promotional consistency across all touchpoints, including website, OTA listings, and on-property communications
