Position Summary
The part-time Program Coordinator supports day-to-day program operations across children's, youth, and adult services. This role coordinates referrals, enrollment, schedules, staffing needs, records, family communication, and follow-up so that participants move through services smoothly and required documentation remains current.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate referrals, intake, enrollment, service-start, and ongoing program follow-up.
- Maintain accurate participant, family, staffing, scheduling, and compliance records in approved systems.
- Communicate with families, staff, care managers, referral partners, and leadership.
- Track open cases, staffing gaps, required documents, deadlines, and next actions.
- Support staff scheduling, orientation, training coordination, and program coverage.
- Help maintain program workflows, checklists, reports, and quality-control procedures.
- Protect confidential information and follow organizational and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, human services, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience coordinating human-services, disability-services, behavioral-health, education, healthcare, or community programs.
- Strong organization, follow-through, written communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and learning operational systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel.
Schedule and Compensation
Part-time, flexible schedule based on program needs. Pay range: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience.
