Role Summary
Our Minneapolis-based manufacturing center is currently looking for a talented Tool and Die Maker to join our team on a direct-hire basis. We pride ourselves on precision engineering and are seeking an individual who values high-quality craftsmanship to help build and upkeep the essential tooling required for our daily production cycles. Core Duties-
Construct, modify, and fix production dies and tooling equipment.

Analyze technical schematics and blueprints to manufacture exact components.

Operate a range of machinery such as grinders, mills, and lathes to generate superior parts.

Perform rigorous testing and evaluations to verify that all tooling aligns with required standards.

Work alongside production teams and engineers to help improve overall operational efficiency.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the shop area tidy.

Propose and implement improvements to boost manufacturing efficiency.
Required Background-
Completion of high school or GED; a technical certification or degree in Tool and Die Making is highly desirable.

Demonstrated professional history working as a Tool and Die Maker or in a comparable capacity.

Comprehensive knowledge regarding tool design and various machining techniques.

Strong ability to decipher and utilize complex technical drawings and blueprints.

Exceptional focus on detail and a strong aptitude for solving technical challenges.

Capacity to contribute effectively both as a solo contributor and as a collaborative team member.

Solid understanding of industrial safety regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
