Overview
Join our team as the Linens Processor/Cashier by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of linens while providing exceptional service at the checkout. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to hospitality excellence. You will be responsible for processing linens efficiently, ensuring they meet quality standards, and assisting guests with their transactions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute directly to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and supporting smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Work with volunteers and staff to sort, price and organize linens with precision and care to ensure the high standards of the SVdP sales floor.
- Handle guest transactions accurately at the cashier station, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Assist guests with inquiries related to linens and other areas of the store
- Follow all safety protocols and customer service procedures
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. repeatedly
Experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting linens.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guest interactions
Hours
- Monday-Thursday 9 am -2 pm
- Every other Saturday 9:00 am - 5 pm
