Material Handling Trainer

We currently have an exciting opening for a Material Handling Trainer.

Responsibilities:
- Support the fulfillment center’s initiatives and employee training.
- Accurately track training progress and complete training documentation.
- Share practical, hands-on knowledge.
- Communicate expectations to the trainees regarding processes to meet or exceed production and quality goals.
- Minimize making decisions outside of the processes.
- Prepared with tools to achieve objectives and targets.
- Demonstrates flexibility when change in processes/procedures.
- Train New Hires and cross-train FTEs on processes. (Clearly describe a process, then demonstrate, etc.)
- Host Onboarding tours for new hires.
- Share knowledge of warehouse safety.
- Be sure SOPs/WIs are visible at every workstation, cart, etc. as appropriate.
- All other duties the site may require as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

- Understands the requirement to stay on task and work at a pace to meet or exceed goals.
- Can professionally voice safety and quality points.
