High-growth media company in Brickell (Miami) is hiring 2 Sales Development Representatives to join our in-office sales floor.
We're a profitable, fast-scaling media company working with some of the biggest DTC, fintech, and consumer brands in the country. Our founder has a 5M+ following and our content reaches 400M+ people per month. We have inbound interest, a proven offer, and clients writing $7,500–$25,000/month checks. What we need is hungry phone operators who can dial, qualify, and live-transfer warm leads to our closers.
This is the easiest sale you will ever make. Our leads already know who we are. You're not cold-pitching insurance or solar. You're calling marketers and founders who have seen our content and want to talk.
THE ROLE:
- Dial 5–10 fresh warm leads per day, plus a graveyard of older leads in our CRM
- Qualify in 60–90 seconds (decision-maker, budget, fit)
- Live-transfer to our closers (no scheduling — hot handoffs only)
- Target: 2–5 live transfers per day within 14 days
COMP:
- $14/hr base (W-2, paid weekly)
- $500 flat per closed deal you set — uncapped
- Realistic earnings for a good rep: $10K–$15K/month
- Realistic earnings for a great rep: $20K+/month (3–5 closes/week)
- Clear path to Account Executive in 6–12 months
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of phone sales experience (SDR, insurance, solar, real estate, gym sales, B2B SaaS — we don't care which)
- Hungry. Loves to eat what they kill.
- Coachable. Will run our script and our process.
- Energy. We run a real sales floor — bells, music, competition.
- Must be able to commit to in-person, Brickell office, Monday–Friday. This is non-negotiable. Remote applicants will not be considered.
