Qualifications:
- Active Ohio SLP license
- Valid ODE (Ohio Department of Education) certification
- SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)

- Solid understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students, addressing a range of communication and language disorders
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to documentation, progress reporting, and goal setting for each student
- Deliver services across a five-day workweek, committed to a 32-hour schedule
