Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and B2B (business-to-business) interactions to generate leads and increase sales opportunities
- Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers with clarity and enthusiasm
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting dealership sales targets
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track prospects and follow up effectively
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Conduct inventory management activities to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand and marketing campaigns
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and supporting clients throughout their buying process
Experience
- Experience in sales/car sales is a plus but not required. Willing to train motivated individuals.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
