We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team on the 3rd shift. In this role, you will operate and maintain an Angle Matic machine, ensuring precision and efficiency in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently during late-night hours.
Operate and program the Angle Matic CNC machine to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
Proven experience operating CNC machinery, preferably with Angle Matic equipment.
Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
Willingness to work 3rd shift hours (overnight).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
