Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service, food safety, and efficient management of all front and back-of-house activities. Duties
- Supervise daily food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and assist with ordering supplies to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations
- Lead shift management activities, including supervising staff performance and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to support team growth
- Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost control
- Coordinate catering events or banquet services as needed to deliver seamless guest experiences
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and initiative.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure.
- Effective problem-solving and financial skills.
