Next Step Auto Sales is looking for an experienced and motivated Used Car Salesperson to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet and phone leads promptly.
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
- Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential buyers.
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and financing options.
- Build relationships with customers to create repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and experience working leads.
- Valid driver's license.
