What You'll Do
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will:
- Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments
- Conduct professional in-home consultations
- Present customized window, bath, and roofing solutions
- Build trust and educate homeowners throughout the buying process
- Utilize our proven sales process to close business with confidence
- Maintain accurate customer information using CRM software
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through sale
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Experience in in-home sales, home improvement, automotive, insurance, solar, HVAC, or other high-ticket sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments
Compensation
- Uncapped commission
