Live-In House Manager – Women’s Sober Living (Tranquil Ways – Brentwood, TN)
Tranquil Ways Sober Living in Brentwood, TN provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment for women in early recovery. Our mission is to help residents strengthen their independence, accountability, and long-term recovery while fostering a respectful, empowering, and uplifting community.
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and responsible Live-In House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our women’s sober living home. The House Manager lives on-site and plays a key role in maintaining a safe, stable, and recovery-focused environment where residents can grow, heal, and build healthy habits.
Live on-site and serve as the primary point of contact for residents.
Maintain a safe, sober, and structured home environment.
Uphold and enforce house rules with fairness, consistency, and professionalism.
Lead regular house meetings and foster a positive, supportive culture among residents.
Monitor resident compliance with curfews, chores, attendance, and program expectations.
Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure property cleanliness and safety.
Support admissions and discharges in coordination with leadership.
Address conflicts, emergencies, or crises promptly and appropriately.
Serve as a positive female role model for recovery, accountability, and healthy boundaries.
Minimum 1–2 years of continuous sobriety required.
Experience in sober living, peer support, or recovery leadership preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Organized, reliable, and able to model and maintain healthy boundaries.
Valid driver’s license (for resident transportation needs).
Commitment to fostering a supportive, woman-centered recovery environment.
Free housing provided onsite at the Brentwood home.
Groceries expensed / provided.
$300 weekly stipend.
Percentage of collected rent.
$1,500 completion stipend after 6 months.
Utilities and household essentials covered.
