General Laborer – Construction
Join our team as a General Laborer and take on a hands-on role supporting a wide range of construction work. You'll be involved in general construction, demolition, clean-up, painting, drywall hanging and finishing, and texture application. Pay is DOE (Depends on Experience) and increases are based on your skill level, experience, reliability, and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Perform demolition, site cleanup, and material removal
- Assist with painting, drywall hanging/finishing, and texture application
- Support general construction tasks as experience and skill level allow
- Safely operate basic tools and equipment while following all safety rules
- Use required PPE at all times and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Follow instructions, work as part of a team, and help keep projects moving efficiently
- Report issues promptly and contribute to a safe, productive job site
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of construction industry experience preferred, but willingness to learn considered
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in active job-site conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work safely with others
- Pay and advancement are tied to demonstrated skill, experience, and performance
