Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:-
Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
As a Licensed Real Estate Buyer's Agent, you'll help buyers find the right home and guide them through the entire buying process.
Responsibilities:

Guide clients from contract to closing

Manage client communication through our CRM

Work closely with our Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams
Qualifications:-
Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
