ONYX Gyms 24/7 is opening a brand new location in Solon, Ohio on June 29 — and we are hiring Membership Advisors to be part of the founding sales team.
This is not a typical gym job posting. This is a ground floor sales opportunity at a brand new premium fitness club — where the energy is highest, the member volume is growing daily, and the earning potential is at its peak.
ONYX Brands Holdings operates 6 premium fitness locations across Northeast Ohio under two brands — ONYX Gyms 24/7 and ONYX Tennis & Racquet Club. We deliver an "affordable luxury" fitness experience with 24/7 access, certified personal training, unlimited group fitness, and a community that shows up. Solon is our newest Legacy Club — 20,000 sq ft of premium fitness space — and it opens its doors June 29.

What you'll do: Make 75 outbound prospecting calls per shift — booking tours from leads, referrals, and community outreach Give personal club tours using the ONYX 10-step tour script and close memberships on the spot Present membership options — Basic ($30/mo), Elite ($70/mo), and Exclusive ($50/mo) Book 4 personal training consultations per day — connecting new members with our Fitness Director Meet and personally greet 3 new members per day — building the relationships that drive referrals Execute the ONYX 20–24 touch follow-up cadence on every unclosed lead — call, text, email Distribute complimentary guest passes in the Solon community during pre-opening outreach Ask every new member for a referral at point of enrollment — always Help drive pre-sale memberships before the doors even open — your commissions start now
What we're looking for: Competitive, hungry, and coachable — we will train you on everything else Strong communicator — confident on the phone and in person with strangers No experience required — we have a fully paid 5-day onboarding program Available for evenings and weekends — grand opening months are high energy Able to start by June 15 — pre-opening training and pre-sale campaign begins immediately Someone who wants to be part of building something — not just filling a seat
