Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Tasting Room Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our distillery, guiding guests through tastings, sharing our story, and ensuring they have an outstanding experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide engaging tasting experiences of our spirits and products.
- Educate visitors about our distillery process, products, and brand story in a clear and enthusiastic manner.
- Assist with menu planning for tastings and special events to enhance guest enjoyment.
- Handle POS transactions accurately using systems including cash handling and sales upselling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Support catering or banquet events by serving beverages and food items professionally.
- Foster a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or beverage industry preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail in cash handling and menu presentation.

Compensation: This position includes a base wage of $12.50/hour plus tips. Total compensation typically ranges from $20-$35+ per hour depending on customer traffic, season, sales volume, and individual performance.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
