Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of window cleaning technicians to ensure timely and thorough service delivery
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Perform window cleaning using various techniques, including the use of scissor lifts and other equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, especially when operating elevated platforms or specialized cleaning tools
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to guarantee streak-free, spotless results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cleaning equipment and supplies
- Train new team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and equipment use
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles with a focus on window or building exterior cleaning
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team is highly preferred
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and other elevated work platforms safely and effectively
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment maintenance, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to motivate team members and coordinate with clients
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including climbing ladders or scaffolding, working at heights, and handling cleaning tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus
