Infinite Love and Colognes is looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our team. We are seeking individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and are comfortable introducing, demonstrating, and selling fragrance products.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Introduce and demonstrate perfumes, colognes, and fragrance products
- Help customers choose products based on their preferences
- Actively engage with customers and promote products
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Operate the POS system and process transactions
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Must speak English or Spanish
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Flexible availability, including weekends when needed
