Pay: $15-$16/hour + tips
Shifts: Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available (we're open 8 AM–1 AM, 7 days a week).

Jackpot Gaming is a friendly neighborhood gaming lounge in Auburn, where locals come to relax, play the video gaming terminals, and enjoy a drink. We're a small, welcoming spot — and the person behind the desk sets the tone for the whole room. We're hiring a Gaming Attendant who genuinely enjoys people and takes pride in taking care of guests.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests, check IDs, and make sure everyone on the floor is 21 or older
- Serve drinks and keep guests comfortable throughout their visit
- Handle cash accurately — making change, processing payouts, and running the register
- Help guests get started on the machines and answer their questions
- Keep an eye on the gaming area, encourage responsible play, and step in politely when needed
- Keep the lounge clean, stocked, and inviting
- Report any machine issues to management (repairs are handled by licensed technicians)
- Close out the register and tidy up at the end of your shift
What we're looking for
Required
- Must be at least 21 years old (Illinois law for gaming and alcohol service)
- BASSET alcohol seller/server certification — or willingness to get certified before your first shift (we'll point you to an approved course)
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable running a shift on your own
- Friendly, level-headed, and great with people
- Accurate with cash and basic math
- Able to pass a background check
- Available for evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Nice to have
- Experience in a bar, restaurant, gaming, retail, or other cash-handling job
- Familiarity with Illinois video gaming terminals
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
