As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Director of Field Operations to help build and scale exceptional patient experiences across current and future locations.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a builder role.
We are looking for a leader who can create structure from ambiguity, develop high-performing teams, and build scalable operational systems without losing sight of the human experience behind the work.
The Opportunity
This role combines multi-site operations, people leadership, patient experience, operational excellence, and growth readiness.
You will partner directly with executive leadership to help build the operational foundation of a rapidly growing healthcare organization while creating systems and processes that can scale with the business.
What You Will Own | Multi-Site Operations
Lead operational performance across current and future NET Recovery locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and readiness for growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Site operations and performance
- Workforce planning and staffing
- Hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Scheduling and capacity management
- Budget oversight and operational metrics
- SOP implementation and process improvement

Growth & Expansion
Help evaluate, launch, and operationalize future growth opportunities by developing scalable playbooks, workflows, and operating models.
You will continuously identify opportunities to improve operations, test new approaches, and transform successful pilots into repeatable systems.
Required
- Experience leading multi-site healthcare, patient-service, or operational environments
- Demonstrated success building, scaling, or improving operational systems
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience managing budgets, operational KPIs, and performance metrics
- Ability to influence across departments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
- Experience supporting organizational growth, expansion, or new site development
- Experience building operational playbooks and scalable processes
- Healthcare, wellness, or patient-service industry experience
Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
