The Encore Sushi is looking for an energetic, passionate, and guest-focused Server to join our opening team. We're a fresh, concert-themed sushi experience built around great food, great vibes, and an unforgettable night out — and we need people who bring that same energy to every table, every shift.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and guide guests through the full Encore experience, from Opening Acts to the Grand Finale
- Deliver thorough, confident menu knowledge — rolls, nigiri, sashimi, specialty cocktails, beer, and wine
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them before they ask
- Handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining poise and warmth
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room and station throughout your shift
- Collaborate closely with fellow servers, bussers, runners, and kitchen staff
- Uphold The Encore's standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
What We're Looking For
- Serving experience in a full-service restaurant (sushi or Japanese dining experience a strong plus) but not required, looking for the right attitude, work ethic and responsibility more than experience.
- Warm, outgoing personality with natural ability to connect with guests
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive during a busy service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- RBS / Responsible Beverage Service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
