Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass a criminal background screening
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including Saturdays
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Dependable transportation and excellent attendance

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases, loans, and merchandise inquiries
- Build relationships with customers and create repeat business
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Evaluate and process merchandise transactions
- Maintain accurate paperwork and customer records
- Merchandise, organize, and maintain showroom displays
- Answer phones and assist customers professionally
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional store environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
