Our delivery and merchandising team plays an important role in making sure products are delivered safely, stocked properly, and consistently represented in stores throughout Hawai‘i. We are looking for dependable team members who enjoy working independently, staying active throughout the day, being out on the road, and taking pride in supporting the customers and stores they serve.
As a Box Truck Driver and Merchandiser at HFA, you will deliver perishable food products to customer locations while restocking shelves, maintaining displays, and helping ensure stores remain consistently supported. What You’ll Do
- Drive company box trucks to customer locations across Kaua‘i
- Deliver products to grocery store and retail accounts
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products on store shelves and displays
- Load and unload products for deliveries and pickups
- Verify invoices, credits, and delivery paperwork
- Safely operate company vehicles while following company and DOT regulations
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Support warehouse operations as needed (approximately 80% driving / 20% warehouse support)
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current PUC Medical Certificate
- Clean and verifiable driving record
- Knowledge of Kaua‘i routes preferred
- Comfortable working in tight delivery areas and active environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Willingness to support warehouse operations as needed
- Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting, stocking, and merchandising products
Previous delivery, merchandising, warehouse, or route experience is a plus, but not required.
