- Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and steam cleaners is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Strong client communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for building trust and rapport with residents or guests.
