Overview

Maintain compliance with BACB ethics standards and applicable regulations and company policies under the supervision of the Clinic Director.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and related clinical assessments; develop, oversee, and refine data-driven, function-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Collect, analyze, and evaluate behavioral data to monitor client progress and intervention effectiveness; review data collection systems to ensure accuracy, fidelity, and consistency, and provide objective feedback to improve outcomes.

Model behavioral strategies through direct client work; coach and mentor staff on behavior intervention strategies and ethical practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Minimum of two years of experience (three or more preferred) supporting individuals with autism and/or related emotional, mental health, neurological, or developmental disabilities in residential, educational, or intensive care settings.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and culturally responsive practices with diverse populations.

Flexibility to travel between sites and adjust schedules as needed, including occasional non-standard hours, to meet program and client needs.
