Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assisted Living Administrator to lead our senior living community with energy and dedication. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the care team to deliver high-quality assisted living services, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, ensuring all residents’ needs are met with compassion and professionalism
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s health status, including memory care and long-term care requirements
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health regulations related to assisted living facilities and long-term care policies
- Manage operational aspects such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain a financially sustainable facility
- Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare standards and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office tools for resident records, incident reports, care plans, and regulatory compliance reports
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members while fostering a positive team environment focused on exceptional resident care and safety
Requirements
- Proven management experience in assisted living or nursing home administration with a strong background in senior care and healthcare operations
- Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, health policy compliance, and disability services experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in residential or home & community care settings
- Familiarity with dementia care practices including Alzheimer’s and memory care strategies
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, healthcare financial management, and operational resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and reporting purposes
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with residents’ families, staff, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health needs is a plus
