MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Analysts to join our team in Oahu Hawaii and Dallas Texas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leads the technical execution of project audits and validates the accuracy of analytical data for senior management review.

Coordinate the investigation of project discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses.

Monitor project performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of management control improvements.

Conducts specialized Technical Reviews of mission execution data intended for diverse theater Mission Partners.
-
Validate the technical accuracy of Project Health Reports and lead field-level assessments of resource burn rates and performance metrics.
-
Provide technical guidance to ensure that all project deliverables meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards.

Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Senior Level
-
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

Experience in formal project oversight and leading technical root cause analysis.
Midlevel
-
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

Proficiency in data collection and technical reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.

PMP or CAPM certification.

DAWIA Level II in Program Management or Business-Financial Management (or equivalent).

Experience with DoW project control tools and performance measurement techniques.
Clearance Required:

Must hold an active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
