Steadfast Express Courier LLC is contracting Independent Drivers (1099) for medical, courier, and freight delivery routes using your own vehicle. No delivery experience required. Fast onboarding and steady work as we grow.
Compensation: Based on route volume, miles, and stops. Weekly settlements available.
What You'll Do:
- Complete pickups and deliveries using your own personal vehicle
- Handle packages, medical specimens, documents, or freight depending on route
- Operate flexible delivery days/hours based on route assignments
Independent Contractor Role:
- 1099 independent contractor position
- You manage your own taxes, insurance, fuel, and expenses
- Weekly settlements with direct deposit available
Requirements:
- Age 21+ with valid driver's license
- Vehicle 2015 or newer (sedan, hatchback, SUV, minivan, or crossover)
- Insurance: $100k/person, $300k/accident, $50k property damage minimum
- Clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Reliable smartphone
