The pay range for this position is $19-$23.80/hr. This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Requirements:
- Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must speak & write English
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Willing to do heavy lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Routine Upkeep & Preventative Maintenance: Inspecting buildings and equipment, changing filters, replacing light bulbs, lubricating moving parts, and performing scheduled servicing to prevent sudden breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnosing issues with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and either fixing them directly or coordinating with specialized contractors.
- Facility Maintenance: Handling minor construction or cosmetic repairs, including drywall patching, painting, carpentry, and fixing doors or locks.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring the facility meets health and safety standards, adhering to lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, and tracking work orders using maintenance software.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering spare parts, supplies, and tools so repairs are not delayed.
- Emergency Response: Answering urgent maintenance requests, which may sometimes involve being on-call for after-hours or weekend emergencies.
