Occasional days in our Old Bridge Location
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 (Based on experience)
Schedule: (Monday–Friday 10 AM - 6PM )
Assistant Teacher / Behavior Technician (Full-Time)
Join our team in a unique dual role supporting a preschool classroom and providing 1:1 support to children with autism. If you’re caring, reliable, and passionate about working with young children, this is a meaningful opportunity to grow in education and behavioral health.
What You’ll Do
- Support classroom routines, activities, and student development
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to children
- Implement behavior plans and track progress
- Build children’s communication, social, and daily living skills
Qualifications
- Experience with young children (autism experience a plus)
- High school diploma required
- Reliable, compassionate, and flexible
- Valid driver’s license & transportation
- Able to meet NJ childcare requirements and pass background check
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day. Lift and or move up to 40 - 50 pounds. Ability to respond quickly to ensure child safety.
