What You’ll Do

Assist in preparing and reviewing documents for escrow transactions

Communicate with clients and partners to ensure a seamless process

Maintain accurate records and organized transaction files

Support the Escrow Officer with administrative and transactional tasks

Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally

Open orders, manage file setup, and handle funds and documentation

Ensure compliance with legal and company standards

Provide excellent customer service throughout the escrow process
What You Bring

1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
