Luxury Apartment Groundskeeper

Our Groundskeeper plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of a luxury apartment community. Every day, you'll help create an environment that residents are proud to call home and that leaves a lasting first impression on prospective residents.

What You'll Do
- Maintain the overall appearance and curb appeal of the community.
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.
- Keep sidewalks, breezeways, parking areas, and common spaces clean and welcoming.
- Assist with landscaping duties including watering, weeding, trimming, pruning, and seasonal cleanup.
- Help prepare vacant apartment exteriors and surrounding areas for new residents.
- Perform daily property walks to identify cleanliness, safety, or maintenance concerns.
- Assist the maintenance team with minor repairs and miscellaneous projects throughout the community.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and property concerns promptly.
- Help ensure all amenity areas remain clean, attractive, and ready for resident enjoyment.
- Assist with snow removal or weather-related property preparation as needed.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.

Previous experience in apartment communities, landscaping, groundskeeping, property maintenance, commercial landscaping, facilities maintenance, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position requiring the ability to:
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Walk the property throughout the day.
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Operate basic landscaping equipment and hand tools safely.
On-Call Rotation
Following the successful completion of the introductory probationary period, this position will become part of the property's rotating on-call schedule to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
Hiring Requirements
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing:
- Comprehensive background screening
- Drug screening

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
