We are seeking a Group Leader to join our afterschool professional team. The ideal candidate will be a creative, energetic, caring and self motivated individual capable of planning and implementing daily enrichment activities. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalency diploma, and one of the following:
· Experience working with school-age children, totaling 600 hours;
· Documentation of at least 3 credits in elementary education, human growth and development, behavior management or recreation or early childhood education;
· Documentation that she or he is a certified coach;
Qualified applicants must be available M-F from 2:15 to 5:30 when school is in session. A criminal background check is required for this position.
After a 60 day probation period, benefits include paid snow days and a school week paid vacation.
