Job Title: Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing
Compensation: $163,500 - $212,000 Annual Salary
The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role:
The Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing will play a critical role in driving integrated brand and performance marketing initiatives that support long-term brand equity and measurable business growth for the brand. They will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative and cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaigns and Communication plans including annual and holiday campaigns, New Restaurant Openings, Local Restaurant Marketing, CRM, and social/digital content. The Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing will require a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver impactful, data-driven results that align with the brand's purpose, mission, and values. This role will have one direct report.
Responsibilities:
Integrated marketing campaign leadership
Develop and lead integrated 360° marketing campaigns that combine brand storytelling with performance-driven marketing across digital, social, PR, partnerships, CRM, and paid media channels. Partner with Director, Marketing, operations and creative teams to bring brand programs to life across restaurants and marketing channels.
New Restaurant Opening Brand Experience
Plan brand execution for new restaurant openings, including events, community partnerships, and launch communications. Ensure the brand experience is expressed consistently from pre-launch through opening and early operations.
Local Restaurant Brand Experience
Oversee local restaurant brand initiatives that strengthen community connection and cultural relevance. Partner with others in the team to ensure brand integrity across restaurant marketing and community activations.
Creative & Brand Consistency
Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure brand assets, campaigns, and marketing materials are delivered on brand and reflect consistent brand standards.
Digital Brand Experience
Plan the company’s digital brand presence across social media, website, and online channels. Help guide content strategy, storytelling, and brand expression to ensure cultural relevance and consistency with the brand voice.
Team Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration
Support and develop team members while fostering strong collaboration across marketing, operations, and creative partners.
Employer Brand Collaboration
Partner with People & Culture and Communications teams to support employer brand storytelling that highlights our people-first culture and strengthens talent attraction.
Job Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in brand marketing, brand experience, or hospitality marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience executing brand campaigns, brand activations, or experiential marketing initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements:
Full-service restaurant or hospitality industry experience
Experience building and managing brand campaigns, communications plan, or in-restaurant brand initiatives
Experience working in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands preferred
Special Requirements:
Ability to travel to restaurants regularly
