We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook who takes pride in quality, consistency, and presentation.
Position Overview
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in executing a refined menu while maintaining efficiency during high-volume service. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure while upholding high culinary standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and proper presentation
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to chef specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
- Assist with daily prep, inventory management, and station setup
- Communicate clearly with culinary and front-of-house teams
- Maintain quality during both peak service hours and private events
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of line cook experience in an upscale, scratch, or high-volume kitchen preferred
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper cooking techniques
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
