We are seeking a Medical Device Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Santa Rosa. This role involves assembling high-quality medical devices using small components, hand tools, microscopes, and precision equipment
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay: $21–$24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM | Optional OT Fridays
Type: 6-month contract with potential for contract-to-hire
- Assemble medical devices using small hand tools, microscopes, and measurement equipment.
- Perform in-process quality checks and identify quality or process issues.
- Follow manufacturing instructions, SOPs, GMP, and GDP requirements.
- Work with small components in a Class 8 cleanroom environment.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience; medical device experience is a plus.
- Experience working with small components and/or microscopes preferred.
- Cleanroom experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Good attendance, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
