HTA of New York is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide Early Intervention (EI) services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) throughout Westchester County, NY.

Compensation
- $300 Sign-On Bonus available for candidates who onboard and begin a caseload between August 1st and November 1st
Early Intervention – 1099 Independent Provider
- Starting rate: $58 per 30-minute session
- DOH Provider Agreement required
Early Intervention – W-2 Provider
- Starting rate: $54 per 30-minute session
- DOH Provider Agreement is not required to begin providing services as a W-2 employee.
- Providers who initially join as W-2 may transition to 1099 status once their DOH Agreement is obtained.
Compensation is negotiable and may vary based on experience, credentials, qualifications, and assignment type

As an Early Intervention Provider, you will:
- Provide Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Therapy services to children from birth through age three
- Conduct developmental evaluations (when applicable)
- Provide ongoing therapy services in natural environments including: Homes, Daycare Centers, or Community Settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Coach and educate parents and caregivers using family-centered practices
- Collaborate with Service Coordinators, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams
- Complete timely documentation, progress reports, and session notes
- Maintain compliance with New York State Early Intervention regulations
Qualifications
Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
Physical Therapist (PT)
- Current New York State Physical Therapy License
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Current New York State Speech-Language Pathology License
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- New Graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
