Turf Depot and ProParts Direct is looking for someone who is outgoing and good on the phone and with people to join our call center team. Someone with experience with power equipment, lawn equipment, landscaping, etc would be the perfect fit.
Job Details include:
- Answering incoming calls and answer questions related to equipment, power equipment, lawn equipment and landscaping
- Take orders, take messages, help with technical issues related to power equipment and landscaping equipment.
- Check parts pricing and availability on various manufacturer websites.
- Assist with parts look up and website navigation.
- Follow up with customer orders and email invoices and tracking info.
- Make outgoing calls to existing customers about current promotions and specials.
- Enter new customer information and update existing information in our POS system.
- Participate in social media campaigns if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
