Description of job:
SnapCare is seeking a dependable and patient‑focused Registered Nurse (RN) to provide night‑shift coverage at Kessler Marlton, a Select Medical rehabilitation facility. This role focuses on caring for patients recovering from critical illness and complex medical conditions in a specialized rehab environment.
The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and positive patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking consistent night shifts in a structured, patient‑centered setting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Active RN license
- Experience in LTAC, rehab, or acute care environments preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Document care accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support rehabilitation goals and patient recovery
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to facility protocols
