Immediately hiring a Part-time Cashier/Receptionist for our Ford store in Washington, NJ!

Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3PM-6PM & Saturday 7AM-3PM.
Cashier Duties
-
Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointment

Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system

Answering the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner

Preparing and making deposits

Filing assorted documents for both service and accounting departments

Preparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments

Inputting of additional service requests
-
Calculating payments and performing data entry
-
Performing minor accounting and minor clerical work
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include, but are not limited, to the following;

Ability to lift up to 10lbs
