As a Dietary Aide, you will assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving under the direction of our dietary team.
You will maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
You will also assist with tray service, ensuring that our residents receive their meals in a timely and dignified manner.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food handling, and cooking.
Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist with tray service, serving meals to residents in a timely and dignified manner.
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare special diets and meals for residents with specific nutritional needs.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff members.
