In this hands-on role, you will administer our ERP platform, connect business applications, strengthen reporting, and help employees solve practical technology challenges across project management, accounting, and operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the business, translating operational needs into practical systems solutions, and improving how teams use technology to manage projects, financials, and day-to-day workflows.
What You'll Do
- Administer and support our mid-market ERP system (e.g., Acumatica, Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint Vista, Foundation, CMiC, or similar)
- Build and maintain integrations between our ERP, project management, accounting, and other business systems (e.g., Procore, Ramp, Fishbowl Inventory)
- Design custom reports and dashboards for project managers, accounting, and leadership
- Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and vendor-related problems
- Manage user access and data integrity across core systems
- Leverage AI tools to troubleshoot issues and automate/streamline business processes
- Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve organizational workflows and processes
- Support general IT needs as they come up
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience administering a mid-market ERP system; construction ERP experience and Acumatica experience are preferred but not required
- Experience integrating business systems (APIs, middleware, or file-based transfers) — familiarity with platforms like Procore, Ramp, or Fishbowl Inventory a plus
- Strong SQL skills and experience with reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI, etc.)
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, reporting, and process automation
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Cloud environment, including SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), a plus
- Strong communication skills working with non-technical users
- Coding/scripting experience (Python, C#, VBA) helpful but not required
