You'll educate customers on Verizon Fios Internet, home Wi-Fi, streaming services, and other Verizon products while building valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills. What You'll Do as a Verizon Sales Management Associate
- Meet with residential customers to discuss their home internet, TV, and connectivity needs.
- Educate customers on Verizon Fios Internet, home Wi-Fi solutions, and current Verizon promotions.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
- Develop consultative sales and communication skills while learning Verizon's products and services.
- Work alongside experienced leaders to learn business operations and leadership fundamentals.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.
