About Us
Crown Properties Inc. is a national owner/operator of commercial office buildings. We are seeking an experienced Building Engineer to support a 100,000 SF multi-tenant office property in King of Prussia, PA.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, especially VAV units and tenant hot/cold calls
- Operate and maintain building automation systems (BAS)
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond quickly to tenant requests and ensure comfort
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized services and repairs
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC/building engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of VAV systems, air distribution, and BAS
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service
- Flexible for occasional on-call or after-hours needs
