ABA Paraprofessional – Part-Time | Paid RBT Training

You’ll work hands-on with children and young adults with autism, helping them learn social, communication, and daily living skills through fun and meaningful activities.
No certification yet? We’ll train you and help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
What You’ll Do
- Support clients using behavior plans designed by certified BCBAs
- Engage in active play, learning, and daily routines
- Encourage progress and celebrate small wins every day
- Keep simple documentation of sessions
Schedule
- Sessions run Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturdays 8:30-1:30 PM
- Biweekly training on Wednesdays (5:15–6:30 PM)
- One annual Safety Care Certification training (Saturday)
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
- Ability to pass background/fingerprint checks
- Reliable transportation (travel within 30 miles)
