This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and supporting students with severe Autism and significant behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to K-2nd grade students
- Support students with Autism and intensive behavioral needs throughout the school day
- Implement ABA strategies and behavior intervention techniques as directed by the classroom team
- Assist with managing severe behaviors using positive, evidence-based approaches
- Support communication, social, academic, self-regulation, and daily living skills
- Follow IEPs, behavior plans, and individualized student supports
- Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and personal care needs when required
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student behavior and progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other school staff

Qualifications
- Associates Degree or Parapro Certification required
- Previous ABA experience required
- Experience working directly with students with severe Autism and significant behaviors required
