Job Title: Injection Mold Operator / Forklift Driver (1st & 2nd Shift)
Location: Bessemer City, NC
Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00/hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator / Forklift Drivers to join our team in Bessemer City, NC. This is a 1st 7:00am to 3:30pm or 2nd shift position with hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift prior to transitioning to 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous injection molding experience preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to train on 1st shift (day shift)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Schedule:
- Training on 1st shift (hours vary)
- Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
